Loud Music is Better

Bumper Stickers Should Be Issued.

I'm pissed off at the Apple Music Store. I can't touch a single thing I've purchased through them. Not only are the songs copy protected to only play on three Macs, but I can't even import them into any sound editing software to modify for MY OWN USE! Total bullshit. I bought it, I should be able to do what I want with it - for my own use.

As an act of rebellion - I'm putting together a little Fishwrap CD of my favorite classic rock tunage for my friends. Nothing obscure - just pure 70's screaming guitars Rock and Roll. The first 10 regular readers to request a copy via email, get a CD when I finish it. Pull out your air guitars and get ready to put it up to eleven. If you don't get that reference, than this CD is not for you.

What counts as a regular reader? I'd like a copy of the CD. :)

I check your site once a day and get a kick out of it. I would like a copy. I always enjoy loud, ripping punk/rock music.

Hi Chris and yet another MJ!

MJ - have we met? A regular reader would be someone who stops by frequently, and either comments or links to me occasionally. Like Chris here... He's a lurker but pops up for the free stuff. That's cool with me. And I read and link to him too. So he get's a CD (even though there is no "punk" on it.)

As I explained to someone last night. Unless you want me to just describe the CD to you, I will need a mailing address. Now, I'm not some stalker or anything (I'm not focused enough to pull something like that off) but if you are uncomfortable sending me your home address - send me your aunts, or your neighbors, or your mechanics address - how would I know? Just somewhere I can send the damn thing.

Technically, these comments are emailed to me, but please DO NOT POST your address here. Write me a private email at: mj@fridayfishwrap.com.

Carry on...

Hmm, a dilemma...
Free CD or undying loyalty to Apple?

Hell, I can be bought. I'll take a CD.
(address will follow privately)

It's a fine line between stupid and . . . clever

I want one...No, I NEED one...you know where I live and in fact found it fairly successflly after a nap and a meatball sandwich...heh.

Ha! My good friend... you are only the second person to acknowledge the referrence. And sassy you are. Mmm meatball sandwich... I might just have to come up for Pride after all. Ah, good times.

Holy Crap MJ!
I have seen it more than 20 times! One of my favorites of all time.

All I can say is....
We've got Armadillos in our trousers. It's really quite frightening.

I'll send you a jazz and standards CD if you send me one of yours....

And you, my love, won't you take my hand
We'll go back in time to that mystic land
Where the dew drops cry and the cats meow.

Yeah, I think I need one.
