Thanksgiving Haiku by irish-girl

Yes, I'm feeling oh so better now, much more zen. What is is. The cat came down, the animals are making peace, dinner is going to be great and I'm a happy camper!

I have to go run and put the bird in the oven but I thought I would share my photos from yesterday's excursion to the west shore of the Salton Sea. We stopped for date skakes in Indio on the way home. Mmm. Date shakes ROCK my world.

I really enjoy looking at your pictures (keep posting them!), on today's sampling I really like the lagoon picture and the "a man" picture. What a cute doggie!

I really enjoyed your photos. The rebar is awesome. Those cabanas, are they cut carved out of living bamboo? It looks like it. Never seen such a thing. Palm Springs and Indio sound good from Sacrament today. It's cold and rainy. Heck, I'd do 29 Palms right now. Anything to warm up.

Nice turkey. Came looking for pictures of parents :-)
