Yup, and he will not receive a censor for his tasteless tongue.

Not even a mild reprimand.

The Majority leader was quoted on NPR as saying "I understand it came from tension in the election year."

And Cheney was quoted as saying "I felt better as soon as I said it."

Well, I say "Duh!" That's why most of us curse (those of us that do), it relieves tension and provides and outlet for expressing anger or frustration. HOWEVER, there are situations (and I would argue that conversation with a Senator is one of them) when it simply is NOT appropriate for me to tell a person to "F*@# Off".
