What's that old saying?

I like my coffee like I like my women: warm and er, lactose free.

So here's my diet observation for the day: Fat Free Non-Dairy Creamer isn't really much of a creamer at all, it's more of a "browner".

Sigh, I miss my half and half.

One thing I will NOT give up is my half-n-half. Period. End.of.story.

I like my coffee like I like my breasts - hot, black, and in my hands first thing in the morning.

I can't believe you risked jumping from half and half to fat free non-dairy creamer. I'm pretty sure that's what made Jack Nicholson go nuts in The Shining.

that's one of the reasons i couldn't go low/no carb or even just cut out sugar. must. have. coffee. and 1/3 of it is usually milk. not to mention about 4 packets of sugar. mmmm, mmmm, good!

See, I need my coffee to not taste like coffee, so I dump a ton of the flavored stuff in every cup. It is, however, significantly different from half-and-half. Ever been so desperate you tried to make it work with skim? Might as well not even bother.

I agree with Chari (and everyone else). It's only two Weight Watchers points and if need be, I will walk it off later. Never ever EVER give up on the half-n-half. I will compromise on my butter but I will never compromise on my coffee!!! :)

But you go girl! You don't have nearly as much to lose as I need to, but it's always a great thing to get healthy. :)

First of all I think it needs to be said - MJ that we like you the way you are. If your loosing weight for your own reasons - then I fully support you.

Three things I have discovered - i suggest you try them: (1) Fat-Free half n half from Land o lakes, (2) Fat-Free Sour Creme - and finally (3) Vegan Mayonaise. It really nice to know you can pile FF sour cream on your potato - and it be healthier than when you skimped on the sour cream.

Stay away from the chalk dust creamer - that stuff is EVIL!!!
